Concept
Design
Once your project requirements, aspirations, and priorities are clearly defined, we begin the analysis and initial design process. This stage includes architectural mood boards, concept plans, and 3D sketch views – helping you clearly visualize your space from the start.
Design Development
In this stage, we refine the design by exploring materials, finishes, lighting, and key architectural details. We also develop the layout of plumbing, electrical, windows, and doors to ensure everything works seamlessly. Final deliverables include site and floor plans, elevations, sections, realistic 3D renders, and walkthroughs.
Council Submission
Once the Design Development stage is approved, we prepare the necessary drawings for council approval and coordinate with any required specialists.
For projects based in South Africa, we also manage the submission process on your behalf as a registered SACAP architect.
